Atlantic Heating Company offers two delivery options for our residential customers - Automatic Delivery or Will Call (COD).

Automatic Delivery relies on a computerized system, which uses a degree day system and consumption patterns to automatically schedule oil deliveries when needed. By contracting for automatic delivery, you will be assured of delivery in the event of a shortage or crisis, because our suppliers guarantee our supply when we lock in our orders with them.

Will Call (COD) delivery is for customers who prefer to monitor oil levels on their own. We ask that you call to schedule your delivery when your tank reads between 1/2 and 1/4. If the oil runs dry, we must bleed the system to get it running again, which is a billable service call. Payment is due on the day of delivery.
